All this seem like a lot to handle? You can relax. With 24/7 live help over the phone; you’ll have someone to answer your questions all day every day. RealPad also comes loaded with more than 20 step-by-step videos (we hate those thick user manuals, don’t you?) that walk you through the basics of technology and help you go digital with ease. And our unique RealQuick Fix tool can diagnose problems with just a click. Simply put, the learning curve for RealPad isn’t curvy at all.

Accessory You should know
Bluetooth RealPad has a standard microUSB 2.0 port that supports most standard Bluetooth accessories that you may want to use with your RealPad.
AC Adapters (Chargers) RealPad comes with an AC adapter for charging. Want a second charger, say, for travel? Most chargers with a USB connector will work just fine. The least expensive ones are 0.5 – 1.0 amps but take longer to charge than the 2-amp AC adapter that comes with RealPad; a 2-amp charger is faster and may be worth spending a little more for.
Memory cards Need more memory? The microSD drive lets you store things like music and photos separately from your RealPad.
Earphones RealPad has built-in speakers, but if you don’t want those around you to hear what you’re listening to, any standard tablet or smartphone earphones will work.
Speakers Want everyone to hear your music? You can connect to external speakers by plugging a cord into your RealPad’s headphone jack. Or, you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth:
  1. Go to RealPad Settings
  2. Select “Bluetooth”
  3. Then select “Search for devices” in the top-right corner of the screen. From here, follow the on-screen prompts.
Keyboard Have a lot to write? It’s easy to connect any Bluetooth keyboard to your RealPad:
  1. Go to RealPad settings
  2. Select “Bluetooth”
  3. Then select “Search for devices” in the top-right corner of the screen. From here, follow the on-screen prompts.
Cover RealPad is sturdy, but if you want to get a cover it’s easy. Any universal tablet case for a 7.9” device (which is considered a standard size) should work with your RealPad. Please note that magnetic tablet covers do not work with RealPad.
